Packaging Material Planning
Laminated Packaging Film
A laminated film structure was selected to meet both functional and visual requirements. By combining multiple material layers based on product characteristics, the packaging effectively reduces the impact of air, moisture, and light, helping prevent product deterioration during storage and transportation.
Material Structure for Snack Products
A non-shrink laminated PET / CPP film was selected, with PET as the outer layer for high-quality printing and CPP as the inner layer for heat sealing. This structure provides reliable barrier performance and a clean, consistent print finish.
Printed Packaging
Product information and graphics are printed directly on the film to improve visual consistency and reduce additional labeling steps.
