POF Shrink Film
POF shrink film was selected for its high transparency, flexibility, durability, and tear resistance. It provides full product coverage while maintaining a clean and professional appearance, even under demanding packaging conditions.
Film Thickness
To clearly display the socket cover, a 0.015 mm POF shrink film was chosen.
Combined with a horizontal flow wrapping process featuring an H-type seal line, the material achieves improved conformity and a tighter, more consistent fit after shrinking.
Packaging Appearance
As the packaging requires a back-side cut-out, shrink performance and material toughness were key decision factors. By matching the appropriate film characteristics with the packaging process, the final packaging appearance remained smooth and intact, ensuring visual consistency across high-volume production.
